Admissions Process

To ensure FCCS can meet students’ academic, social and emotional needs, please submit the following to our Registrar’s Office (mmelendez@fcclive.com) immediately for review. 

  • 3 full years of Academic Records: report cards and latest standardized test scores.

  • Support Services (if applicable): Latest IEP, 504 Plan, or medical diagnosis

  • High Schoolers: Official or Unofficial transcripts

Within 48 hours of receipt of documents, you will receive an email about next steps which may include instructions to meet with the Support Administration. Additionally, you may receive an invitation to submit our Online Application and an entry assessment appointment. This process should go very quickly once we have all the required information.

Please call 352-241-0323 Ext. 780 or 748 to schedule your student’s required entry assessment, once you receive your invitation to enroll and submit your completed application.

You will receive an enrollment decision via email, within 72 hours after you complete the enrollment process. If preliminary approval is given, a final meeting with the Enrollment Director and finance department is required for “Final Approval.” Please note that approval is not guaranteed.

Sibling Discount: First student pays full tuition. A discount will be applied to each additional sibling. Please contact the Registrar for details.

Note: The state of Florida scholarships offers tuition assistance to parents desiring to place their children in private schools.  Please be aware that it will not cover the entire cost of private school education.
